Based on evidence provided to Wheretobet.com by Heroes Casino staff, it appears that public statements made by Gale Wind, Heroes' ex-casino software provider, appear to have been false.

Heroes Casino and Gale Wind had a dispute after a player known as "Westland Bowl" won an unusual amount of money playing casino games at Heroes. Heroes alleged an error in the software, and asked that Gale Wind submit their source code for audit.

Representatives from Gale Wind made public statements in forums stating that they did in fact offer to make their source code available, as requested.

From the evidence that we have reviewed, it very much appears to be the case that Gale Wind did in fact refuse to provide source code, contrary to their public statements made to the contrary.

Due to payout problems (delays and backlogs), Heroes Casino will retain its currently less than positive payout rating. However, it appears to us that Gale Wind may have indeed had a very good reason to be the ones to to pay Westland Bowl his winnings.
