Wheretobet.com has received a report from a player that has had his winnings voided by Planet23.

The player deposited and received a bonus, and played video poker, which was not disallowed in the bonus terms and conditions.

The casino retroactively added video poker to the disallowed games and basically pretended that video poker was disallowed from the beginning.

Instead of paying the player and changing their terms and conditions going forward, this casino has acted reprehensibly and has violated their word.

Players are warned to avoid Planet23 casino.

Worse yet, the software provider TopGame has defacto put their stamp of approval on the casino's actions in regards to this matter.

As such, players are warned to exercise extreme caution and are best to avoid play at TopGame casinos.
